Cheating on Fuji with Sony

Hey All,

So I decided I was going to try Sony, and here are my observations. I've previously used the X100F, the XT2 and a few others.  It's been about a year since I have shot Fuji.   I always shoot RAW but my observations are as follows.  Would like to hear from others as well who have used both the A7 III and the XT-2, XH-1.

  • I find the colors out of camera on the Sony to be cold/blue and not super accurate.
  • The build quality isn't great and the ergonomics are not good.
  • The EVF on the Sony leaves a lot to be desired
  • The focusing system is much better on the Sony
  • Battery life is much better on the Sony.
  • The lenses on Fuji are much lighter weight in general
  • The front and rear dials on the Sony really suck.
  • Seems that the full frame is an advantage in low light. +1 Sony

I am considering moving back to Fuji, but I'm hesistant.  The XT-2 is quite old, I do like the IBIS on on the XH-1, but I don't like that the sensor is old..

Anyone else have extensive experience with both the A7 III and Fuji models?
