I’m going to be trading my X-E2 in for the X-T100 as my primary camera. I see no downside plus I gain a lot over the older Fuji.

You definitely gain a lot, but the only downside I can see is that there are no dedicated dials for shutter speed and exposure compensation. Of course you can assign them to the custom dials the X-T100 has, but you'll have to look at the screen to see where it's at. Small deal, but thought I'd point it out anyway!

It ends up being the same for me operationally.  I use aperture priority so never used the shutter speed dial which only showed "A".  To see the shutter speed I had to turn on the X-E2 anyway.  With the X-T100 I'll still have the aperture ring on my lenses, a top dedicated ISO dial and EC dial.  I'm already used to changing those parameters while looking through the EVF or LCD.
