Long Exposure Photography Issues

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me with my problem. Sometimes I'm getting very strange circles from the aperture-blades in my long exposures.

After cleaning my kit and the sensor the circles didn't dissaper

I know that with long exposures it's sometimes hard to get no flares, but I never had problems before. This happens since about 2 months with my Canon 6d mkI. Never dropped my gear, always cleaned it after a trip and it never appears in pictures with a shutter speed >30 seconds.

My gear list : Canon 6D Firmware 1.1.7

Canon EF 17-40 F4 L

Canon EF24-105 F4 L mkI

Canon EF70-300 F4-F5,6 L IS

Sigma 105mm Maco F2.8 IS

NiSi Filter-Holder and Polarizer

Haida 10-Stop ND

On wide-angle shots the problem happens nearly everytime and on tele-shots (70mm-300mm) it never happend.

I post some sample-photos and hope someone can help me.
