i can’t wait to see the Fuji 200 f2. That should be a very interesting lens.

Long lenses give you a unique look as far as background. First you have less of it because the acceptance angle of a long less is less than a sorter lens - so less background focused on the sensor.

Second often forgotten is the axial magnification which increases proportional to the focus length and tend to flatten the entire scene. Together they give a unique look. On the other the same axial magnification can flatten facial features in the subject.
