This is where it becomes more complex. Now your online calculator is assuming a different circle of confusion between those two particular cameras. You must remember that these calculations are all based on assumptions. Bottom line is that if you are so concerned about it that you are consulting an online calculator then you are probably missing the shot anyway. It's a different photograph, with the APS camera they'd need to be further back to get the same amount of stuff in the frame...

FF: 3 feet, 55mm/f/1.2 lens image covers 23.6" x 15.7" and DoF is 0.7"

Fuji APS: 3 feet, 55mm/f/1.2 lens image covers 15.7" x 10.5" and DoF is 0.5"

FF: 3 feet, 85mm/f/1.2 lens image covers 15.2" x 10.2" and DoF is 0.3"

Fuji APS: 4.5 feet, 55mm/f/1.2 lens image covers 23.6" x 15.7" and DoF is 1.1"
