Did you not read what I wrote? I am showing the two pictures from two different Fuji cameras. I did adjust the image from the XH1 and it looks better, but look at the tones, the face, the lips. The tones are different. Do you not agree with that?

Is not that the picture is not "excellent", is just different compared to what we used to shoot with when we are talking about IQ.

And that's cool with me. This is a gear forum guys and here you go with the insults and nasty responses which is pretty sad. Don't like to hear anything "negative" about Fuji, well that is really not my problem.

Again, this is a gear forum and I'm showing you guys two pictures from the same company I love so much, that's why I have spend over $3000 for this gear, because I love it very much, but the fact is that the gear we are using now is in some way different, even other camera manufacturers keep changing things around, and the sad part is that some of you will get offended like if we are talking about your mother or something. Some of you guys do need to grow up as well.

For whatever reason you will defend your brand no matter what, and that's totally cool with me, but you guys take things way too personal around here and that's pretty disappointing.

Sorry, but simply disagreeing doesn't make it personal. Mike's comments were fine and were not, IMHO, any sort of a personal attack. What's more, I happen to agree with them totally. Comments like "The skin tones are simply out of whack. The face looks too pink, too smooth and more flat fake looking" tend to elicit strong reactions, so if someone disagrees with your assessment (as I do), then you might expect a fairly strong reaction.

You claim to have strong praise for the gear, yet you're very vocal on a consistent basis about its shortcomings... so I understand Mike's frustration with this post. There's nothing wrong with expressing your opinions, but you had better expect some strong pushback if people feel that you're off base. This is particularly the case since you tend towards making statements in the form of absolutes, leaving little room for interpretation or grey areas.

I wouldn't in any way want to discourage you from sharing your opinions, but continuing down the path you've taken, I'd strongly suggest you grow a thicker skin, 'coz I would expect you'll continue to take some heat. To be brutally honest, reading your post just elicited an eye roll on my part and a "not this again" sort of reaction. I think that's what you're hearing from Mike as well, and I'm betting that we're not unique in this reaction. Just look at the number of upvotes on Mike's post and draw your own conclusion.

Do what you will with the feedback, but I thought an honest response was called for.
