If you want to complain about camera vs camera output, you need to shoot jpeg with as close to the same settings for each camera and post those. That is the only time you can blame a Fuji camera vs a Fuji camera. If you're complaining about RAW output, well that's just silly because you've added too many variables into the mix between the time it came out of camera until it has displayed on our monitors.

well I don't know because OOC JPEGs are processed from raws in-camera using that model's JPEG algorithms which are likely different between models.

I see no harm in comparing SOOC raws if they are presented un-tweaked though, just left at the raw editor's default settings. This gives us an idea what raw starting point each camera gives us.

No particular wish to stir here but I've always had a soft spot for the colours and tones from X-Trans mark 1 and also from the Bayer sensor in the original X100. I think x-trans 2 and 3 are still 'nice' but there was something quite special about x-trans 1 color and tone in my view. All very subjective of course and YMMV.

Of course the algorithms will be different. They have to be. Fuji is trying to tweak the RAW data to achieve a certain final look. That lays on Fuji. If they didn't quite get the programming right on a certain camera to match the look, that's on their end.

If it's a RAF, that's on you. It's a RAW file with nothing applied. That is for you to do and to try to lay that blame on Fuji because the RAW data is different between two completely different sensors is the most absolute daft thing anyone can do around here. My assessment stands.
