I have seen the smaller triangular ones but they are too small (50mm bar) and the platform is not generous enough.

This one is just one piece of rail with Arca Swiss dovetail profile and alternative attachment points. No separate camera platform but seems to fit your specs: Dimensions Arca Swiss standard width 38mm x length 100mm x thickness10mm:

Here is one with a separate camera platform larger than the rail part but the latter is shorter than you spec. It even has a triangle though I have no idea why you would want that shape:
