Sorry to bring this older thread back to life, but can anyone clarify for me about this? I read through and am still confused.

Suppose I am using the 7-14 and shooting 4K on a G85

What would that lens become (in terms of M43 and in terms of full frame)?

Or to put it another way, if I wanted to shoot 4K with a 16:9 aspect ratio, what focal length would give me the same as a 24mm lens on a full frame camera shooting 16:9 ???

With electronic stabilization disabled, the crop factor to FF is ~2.2. If you enable the e-stab, it becomes 2.4, meaning the equivalent for the 24mm lens will be around 10mm.
