Over all it's not a bad setup.   It should work for now and most likely get you through for a few years.    I never saw if this was "off the shelf" or a custom build (in a brick and mortar store).     I did a little reading and decided to build my own (saved appx $400) since it's pretty much a plug and play thing anymore (no need to set jumpers or bios).    My suggestions how ever are these :
2 hard drives.   one SSD should be your "C" drive.    It will contain all programs and your OS.    second drive should be a platter drive (it can be as slow as 5400 to save $) but this will store all data (jpeg, raw, psd , etc files) so make it BIG.
your RAM memory, go with matching paired sticks.    two 4G sticks are better than one 8G stick.    and yes, look at what you can afford then go with it.
often over looked is power.   very small increase up front, but well worth it.
take note of EACH item you put into it.    find out which ones will operate at "minimum" performance but can readily be upgraded as time and money allow.
