You surely can't blame the camera for a setting you made and then forgot to reset and forgot its location? It's NOT hard to find by the way. In fact in this instance, it is easier to find than the shutter delay control on a Panasonic, which isn't a mainstream drive mode choice.

I see this is your experience. Mine is different. I went through the menu 10 times and did not find it. Btw: do you know how I can get my 4K video mode out of the Flat profile. I can't. There is for some reason no other choice than flat profile. Even if I go in to the various modes these are grayed out...

I have the simpler E-M10 which has fewer options. I do not shoot 4K video on any of my cameras, due to being happy with FHD and not wishing to spend time editing 4K video and log profiles. I am not taking video for TV broadcasting professionally.

However I do make fairly regular use of Panasonic's 4K still modes for burst and smooth panning and occasionally post focussing.

For great quality video recording, for most people I recommend trying iAuto mode and just pressing the video record button. This, combined with a few neutral density lens filters, give excellent results in most conditions, without the faff.
