Moon, with the Sigma 100-400
3

Just for fun, I shot the moon tonight (almost full), again.

But for the first time I used the Sigma 100-400, with TC-1401, on my D7500, and just for fun shot with the same combination, but the camera that now was the Nikon 1 J5.

The latter was used with, and without, the TC, by the way.

All shots handheld, very little PP (mainly exposure correction, saturation adjustment to make them look more the same, and some noise reduction of the J5 images, as they are a bit noisier by default. The sensor resolution is the same, but I cropped to make them look as alike in size, as I could.

Not sure I had gotten better results with the Sigma 150-600 S.

Very little difference in the image quality, even if I think the D7500'e shots were a little crisper, but that could be an effect of the noise-canceling.
