E-M10 Mki, no ‘0’ anti-shock in burst mode?

I was testing some lenses and for the first time noticed shutter shock while using slow burst mode. To activate the Anti-shock feature with burst mode you have to set the delay to something other than zero.

I sometimes use slow burst mode with slow shutter speeds for perching birds. I first secure a shot with a ‘safe’ SS and ISO and the use a slower SS and ISO to try and get a shot with better detail and less noise.

Is a 1/8 delay enough to miss shots? As an alternative, I can just keep pressing the shutter in the single shot zero anti shock mode.

Which option would be best?

Thanks
