X-T100 versus XT20

I know the X-T100 is cheaper than the XT20 but here in Australia the X-T100 with the 15-45 is $999. The XT20 and 18-55 with $300 cashback is $1345.

The 18-55 is a known lens to me. A workhorse, reliable, sharp and compact lens. A winner.

The XT20 is not that well known to me. I have had XE1, X100s, XT1, XT2. I am interested in a compact walk around system like XT20 and 18-55 or X-T100 and 15-45 or perhaps replace that with the 18-55.

It would seem it mostly boils down to:

AF system of the XT20 I assume is higher performance

Bayer versus Xtrans - I would like to try a Fuji camera with a Bayer sensor if it proves to be low noise like XT2, XT1 and XE1 was.

Eye detect AF on X-T100 appears to be a new Fuji AF feature. To be proven in performance by future reviews but the initial video review I saw showed it working quite well.

XT20 I presume is snappier in performance but apart from these items how would yo rate the 2?

$346 is not enough for me makes them close together as a choice.

XT20 - more features, joystick, better AF, better EVF or the same? Focus peaking, more dials?

X-T100 has the champagne gold finish which looks terrific.
