Todays Creatures

The robin listening for the movement of worms

This little guy would not stop flapping its wind for a second

The female northern cardinal. I like her subdued colours

Are mushrooms creatures? I hear they taste pretty good if picked while they are still young

Two mallards busy eating their dinner

I am not quite sure what species this is. First I thought it was a European Starling, but the beak does not go with that. Also looks too big for a black and white warbler. Maybe someone can help me.

The male northern cardinal always has beautiful colours

This racoon did not look too friendly when I interrupted his feasting on bird seeds

A grey squirrel. Mostly we see only these and black ones. Very rarely the red squirrels.

Red Winged Black Bird, they are everywhere
