Is it possible to digitize 120 Film with an E-M5 mk I camera?

I have an Olympus OM-D E-M5 MK I camera with the Olympus 12-40mm lens and a Panasonic 14mm lens. With this as my starting point...

Is there a combination of a macro lens and necessary equipment that I could get that would outperform the image quality of an Epson v600/v700 (or similar) scanner for digitizing 120 B&W negatives? Keeping in mind I would want to keep everything in this price range <$300.

The goal isn't for exceptional quality, only to outperform the scanners I mentioned.

Olympus OM-D E-M5
