trying to understand Sony Focus settings (better)

Except AF = Auto Focus there seems to be no common terminology for Auto focus and subject tracking in digital photography. I will happily accept being wrong.

So I try to find out how Sony uses it's terms. Since the alpha 9 is said to be the RX10M4 big brother I have searched there and found the Focus Setting Guide:

And tips:

I would like to have an adapted diagram for the RX10M4:

Sony alpha 9 diagram (copyright Sony)

There are a lot of examples and tips for the alpha 9 which can be adapted to the RX10M4.

There is one setting missing on the RX10M4:

AF Tracking Sensitivity  AF-C Focus Mode has five levels of focus tracking. (1-5)

Maybe this parameter has been implemented with different values for the Lock-On AF Focus Areas (S,M,L) of the RX10M4?

What do the RX10M4 experts think? Some have a lot of experience by now.
