Since last year I've bought the GX85, E-M5 II, E-M10, GX850, E-pm1, another E-M5, E-M1 E-M10 II, E-PL7 and now last week the E-M1 II.

Seeing all of them wrote down I'm starting to wonder if my family could have a point about me buying cameras. ( I didn't keep all of them though.)

Since last year, you say? That's very impressive. What about lenses?

A great example of the adage about saving money by buying the most expensive model first and skipping all the in-between purchases.

I did buy quite a few lenses. But despite appearances I'm a little mindful of budgeting and most of my buys were used or reconditioned and it was easier to find very good deals in that category with camera body's than it was lenses.

Out of all the cameras and lenses I bought, the GX85 was the only thing I paid full price on and that was only because I needed another camera for a job the same day I bought it and it was the only M4/3 camera the store had. That said I do like the camera and use it often.

I was able to stretch my dollar much farther by using the Oly outlet store, Amazon Warehouse deals and Adorama's used department.
