Kli! Thank you so much!

You're welcome.

I don't know if there is anywhere else all this information for a flash for the m3.

Yeah, sorry. I infodump.

You have proposed a manual flash but most of the time I am concentrate on other things and many times there are also others waiting to take the same photo, so a TTL is probably the way I must choose.

Good that you know that.  And yes, I like having TTL, too.  I only mentioned the TT600 because it's less expensive than the TT350, and for off-camera use in a studio situation, you may have the time to manually set the light's power.  Moving through a dynamic situation, TTL is much handier.

You gave so much information and I must think about it, but if you had to choose for the M3 an (always budget) external TTL flash for small distances between subject and lense, with the possibility on the future to have also a second TTL flash, what you would have chosen?

I'd probably start with a TT350C, if I were an M shooter (I'm not; my mirrorless gear is micro four-thirds, but I do shoot Canon dSLRs) and wanted to use a flash on-camera as well as off.  I chose the TT350-O for my GX-7 because I knew I wanted a small on-camera flash, and as I could use it as an on-camera transmitter unit to control my off-camera TT600 or TT685C flashes.

One more thing I should probably mention, though. My XPro-O on my GX7 (and my XPro-F on my Fuji X100T) can be a master unit to my TT685C with TTL and HSS (my TT350-O had a few problems doing that as an on-camera master).  But my TT350-O cannot be a TTL slave to my TT685C on my 5DMkII.  I was told by Flashpoint support that the TT350 does not do cross-brand TTL.  I did, however, get remote manual power control and HSS.

This isn't an issue, if you only shoot Canon gear.  But might become an issue if you have additional non-Canon cameras.
