sooc straight out of camera jpegs

in other words i like to set the camera up to my taste in the camera menu

and not adjust them on the computer if i can help it

heres how i did it the faint yellow box is the marker

so in the contrast line i have moved it over 1 notch minus 1

saturation is plus 1

its still the very first days for me with this camera but so far i do like those settings of course i may change them in the future to suit my needs but for now i am sticking to these settings

every one uses different settings some people just keep the camera and shoot in green fully automatic mode, and don't even know about these adjustments in the camera menu

by the way i am still learning the camera just like you are

note the positions of the faint yellow boxes

Thanks Bassy for taking the time to go thru those setting details - I'll post my settings in a separate post.  For some reason it didn't click when you said saturation setting - but yes I understand what you are doing, i.e. set the picture control so the jpeg is processed in the camera.  I have mine set to Standard as part of the rest of my settings.
