From A6300 to X100T, is it worth it?

Since the original X100 I have been asking myself whether a camera like this would fit my needs. For interchangeble lens cameras, I have been going the Sony route, and I'm using most of the gear with satisfaction.

However, I've been looking for years for a high quality "compact" camera (preferably with APS-C sensor). I do own the A6300 (which is a very good camera), but tried it with the 20mm f2.8 pancake, and while it is a good combination, it didn't become my daily camera. 20mm is still a bit wide, and f2.8 is not that fast on APS-C. I would be using it for family, people and landscape photography.

Hence my renewed interest in the X100 series. Since I don't want to spend that much I'm looking at the X100T or S instead of the F. I've read or seen almost every review possible, but I couldn't find good comparisons between the A6300 and X100T/S. Which is logical, since both are very different cameras.

My question is: what am I going to lose, going from the A6300 to an X100T/S? I'm mainly concerned about autofocus speed and accuracy, since the AF on the A6300 is good with continuous face/eye focus. I know that AF is not the X100T's strength, but good enough is fine. I'm curious to hear your opinion whether it is worth it or not to change, including observations from those who have experience with both cameras/systems.
