Colorcast using MRAW

I've never really bothered to use Canons MRAW format, but since my 5DS can produce such big files anyway, I thought I should give it a go. It will - after all - be 28 Mpixels which is perfectly fine for most work.

But I noticed a different color tone (green-cyan) in the MRAW files which is not present in the original files. Is this normal? Is the MRAW just a downsized TIFF with some RAW parameters?

See example below. Not saying anyone is 100% accurate according to the scene, but that doesn't really matter now. Why are they different? I used the exact same profile and same WB and no color tweaks what so ever. And about 10 seconds between each shot.
