5 days in Iceland in August, with Panasonic cameras

I'd welcome some advice. My cameras are an IR converted G1, a GX7 and GX80. None of them are waterproof, and I gather Iceland is likely to get quite a bit of rain in August. And there are great waterfalls. Do you have tips on how to keep everything safe from the rain? I'm likely to want to carry at least two at a time, and to want fast access to them.

For lenses, I'm thinking 14-140mm II walkaround on one camera: 9-18mm for wide-angle on another: 14-45mm fixed to the G1 for IR since I know it won't produce hotspots: and the 20mm because I always take it in a pocket. Are there opportunities for macro? I could take tubes if there are some.

Tripod: I have a decent but fairly heavy tripod, the small Gorillapod and a monopod. Do I need any of them?

Any other advice is welcome. Thanks!

Maggie
