Hi,

I recently bought a used X-T10 and 16-50mm lens. My goal was to also buy the 23mm f2, and sell the X100s... so I could have "an X100s with the ability to change lenses at times" so to speak..

Anyway, my X100s gives consistently amazing photos of skin tones, warm, rich, almost better than natural.. people love when I bring it. But the X-T10 gives me a cooler and duller look. Not bad, just different.. and I much prefer the X100s

If I change to auto white balance to -2 on blue, and overexpose maybe 1/3 or 2/3 a stop, I get very close to what I get from the X-100s

I've tried 2 different X-T10s, and it's the same on both of them.

I'm new to Fuji, so trying to understand.. any help? I'd like to get results closer to the X100s

John

Personal opinion of course, but its the way i went some months ago. For the money you will spend on the XF 23mm vs value of X100S, wouldn't you be better keeping the X100S instead?

You get a free camera for maybe USD30 or 40, and you dont need to change lens.
