Export settings for sending to photo lab.

I have all my photo's edited in lightroom exactly how I want them from 24 megapixel RAW files, no cropping, all full resolution.

My usual export settings are as follows: JPEG, Quality 100, sRGB, No resizing, No output sharpening, No post processing.

When sending into a photo lab for example (Nations, ProDPI, Whitewall, WHCC, etc.) should I change my export settings?

I want some pictures at 4x6, some at 10x15, and some at 24x16.

I've read conflicting things on the internet about how to send into photo labs. I want to make sure my quality stays as high as possible and there's no softening of the image or loss of quality at all.
