Exposure preview on Fujifilm X-E3?
Exposure preview on Fujifilm X-E3?
Apr 29, 2018
Edit: TL;DR I mis-understood how the exposure preview should work on priority modes. Don't mind me, just a new photographer getting to grips with my new camera!
I've recently got an X-E3 and it seems like I'm suddenly unable to get a live exposure preview on the screen when in auto or semi auto modes. I must be in fully manual mode (aperture & shutter speed manually set) to be able to get an exposure preview.
I'm aware of the Set up > Screen set-up > Preview EXP./WB in manual mode and the Preview Pic. effect.
I've tried to upgrade the firmware and factory reset with no luck.
Am I missing something, doing something stupid or is it bugged? Feels like this all changed when I first changed this 'Preview EXP./WB in manual mode' setting (since I wanted to use a flash)
