Of the three cameras you list I only have experience with the X100F. The biggest advantage of the X100 is its fixed lens. It means you will not be tempted to fill the camera bag with lenses, and bemoan the fact that you left the lens you felt you should have with you at home.

My other camera is a Nikon D500, which is a lump of a camera, so having something almost pocketable, with the ability to take good quality pictures is really nice.

My X100F is my holiday camera, also the one I choose to take when nobody else is paying for the shots.

As for the softness at f/2, perfectionists make a big thing out of it. Such perfectionists should really choose another camera. I've never had any trouble using the aperture ring.
