Which 16–35 lens for low light photography handheld?

This is my first post in Dpreview forum so hello everyone!

I’m planning to change from Canon to Sony full frame system because I need smaller and lighter kit for travelling. Wide angle lens (16–35) is essential for my photography so that is a ’must have’ for me.

I need 16–35 lens both for landscapes and for photographing interiors handheld in often quite a poor light. I currently have Canon 6D with 16–35 f/4 USM L IS which is a great combination for low light interior shots.

Which one of Sony 16–35 lenses (Sony Zeiss or GM) is better for these kind of needs? Obviously GM is better overall but it lacks image stabilisation (OSS). Is IBIS enough for low light interiors handheld?
