What do you mean by fuji having better colors?

So basically my take on this it’s that with Fuji raw files you can extract a more “natural color “ wether we are talking about  skin tones or landscape , but with the Sony even on full frame you can’t get a proper “calibration” on their raw files , or at least take much more work , am I correct ?

My point is , even thought I like the simulations on my Fuji , I always process my keepers since I feel like they just need an extra kick , maybe raise the shadows a little more , etc . And that got me thinking , if I can do that to the Fuji , can you imagine the things I can do to a raw from a full frame?
