D810 + 16-35 and 24-120 : landscapes and architecture
8

I'm exploring the possibilities of my new D810 and the combo 16-35G and 24-120G. For travelling, it's a very good and relatively light combo that covers a huge 16-120 range. Image quality is excellent, and VR is handy in many situations. Here are some pics from a trip to Burgundy.

24-120 : excellent for landscapes thanks to it's versatility. I'm also impressed by the clarity of this lens.

The zoom is great to isolate a landscape part

16-35 : a fantastic wide angle for architecture and visiting monuments. Very sharp lens and VR is super handy inside monuments where the light is scarce.

The Cluny Abbey, an impressive monument to visit.

Very happy with that awesome combo!

C&C always welcomed.
