Re: X100f vs X-E3 with 23mmf2

I don't have a XE3 but I have XT20 23mm f2 and X100F. From my experience, X100F makes it a better family camera than the XT20 + 23mm f2.

The more compact size of the X100F allows it to sit in my jacket or pants pocket, so I take more pictures with it.  I notice my phone takes way less pictures since I got the X100F.

Although they are both small in size, in public areas I notice people care me less when shooting with the X100F, vs the XT20 still makes people think I am doing something serious with it.

The XT20 is faster to focus and can change lenses, but I don't know why the X100F is more fun to use, and it feels more special to use.

The weird thing about the X100F, soft at f2 and slower focus actually makes my photography more fun. I am no expert and used to shoot with af and wide open, since I got the X100F, I learned mf and zone focus with different apertures.

Both area great cameras and it is good to have both, X100F goes with me everywhere with no purpose, and I use XT20 when I have a plan to shoot with the amazing 16 35f2 and 90f2.
