Birding with Sony; A6300 + 70-300 or RX10 IV?

I'm looking to get my first birding camera. This setup will be for smaller birds (passerines etc.) as I digiscope with my RX100M2. That works well for shorebirds and waterfowl.

After considering all options under the sun, this is what I've come to based on a number of factors. I feel these two setups have the best combination of weight, IQ, and price for me.

In your opinion, which is the better option? A6300 + 70-300, or RX10IV.

A6300 + 70-300 concerns: Reach, and switching lenses when I would like to shoot landscapes.

RX10IV concerns: Slow startup, and low light performance (I want to take pictures of warblers).

Your insight helps!

Thanks!
