I am a bit puzzled as to why you would want to buy a seemingly beaten up lens that is probably at least 30 years old + adapter when for about the twice the price you can buy a brand new 22mm f2 (or a EF-M 28mm f3.5 macro for a bit more if you specifically want 28mm) that is smaller, lighter, brand new with warranty, native fit, autofocus, modern design for high resolution digital bodies etc.

I bought my first Minolta SLR (autofocus) in 1990 and this MD lens was probably about 10 years old then (best part of 40 years old now).
