Want to learn post processing

With practice I'm getting better at lighting but I still really suck at post processing. At the moment all I'm doing is exposure adjustment, white balance correction and perspective distortion fix in Lightroom. There are lots of videos on youtube that show various specific tasks for example noise reduction, sharpening, spot fixing, tonal curves etc but I can't find many end to end videos. What I would really like is, in general, what is the entire process of process post processing? What is the series of steps or check list that people follow?

In this forum I have read few times Lightroom is the first step or how people really work their RAW files. I feel I'm not getting enough out of my RAW files.

If anyone can point me in right direction I would be extremely grateful. Happy to pay for books/courses if required.
