Webcam or DSLR Camera or Videocamera for live streaming?

Hello Everybody!

I would like to ask for your help! I want to live streaming (for example live music sessions, etc..) and I want it in really good quality.

My only question is, which is recommended for really good quality in this case? I have now a Logitech C920 webcam, I think this is the cheapest and easiest method for live streaming, but I want better.

I am newbie, but what I've found about the topic, that DSLR Cameras are highly recommended only for photos, not for videos, and in many cases you have to own a converter, but of course a camera can be used for taking nice photos as well, and a videocamera could be a good solution, but I am not sure, a cheaper Full HD videocamera has much better picture, than a nice Logitech webcam in live streams.

I am a bit confused, that's why I ask for your help.

So the summary:

If not a webcam, than DSLR camera or videocamera for live streaming?

Which has better quality in this sort of usage?

It would be very very helpful, if you would write concrete devices, which are recommended (Canon Vixia HF-R800, Canon EOS 1300D etc...).

Please be informed, that I don't want to build a professional studio, so the allowance is between 350$-450$.

Thank you very much in advance!
