I received the Sigma 19mm today, and I can confirm that it fits well into the Meikon case. Good clearance. No vignetting.

I also bought this lens for IR use on my 750nm converted NEX-7. Looks like it will be OK for that as well. I didn't see any hotspot at F8, but it does seem to flare easily... and the hood, which is the same one that comes with the 30mm, does not adequately shade the lens. If it can't shade the 19mm, it's probably no more than decoration on the 30mm... or maybe a bit of protection for the front element.
