Video: Travel Photography and Micro Four Thirds
1

Hello

It's been a while since I am posting here. Been very happy with my MFT setup for the last few months. I think I'm getting at the point where I no longer lust on new lenses, new bodies, and the little gadgets. Last purchase that I made was the PanaLeica 15mm f/1.7 like more than half a year ago. And since then, I am very pleased with my current state of MFT gear.

So I want to share a bit my opinions on Travel Photography in general, as well as my favorite MFT kit for Travel Photography.

(VIDEO) TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY USING MICRO FOUR THIRDS

The video was shot using Lumix LX100, and the cameras being featured are my GX7 and GX8, with some of my favorite "travel friendly" lenses. My setup isn't the lightest or the most compact, but it's also not terribly heavy and bulky. Everything can fit inside an ONA Bowery bag and you won't feel burdened by the gear.

The lenses that I showed in the video are more for a general purpose travel situation. If you are going somewhere specific and you need to shoot something specific, chances are you might still need to add an extra lens, just for that. But if you go for general vacation, my setup will usually get everything covered.

Though I am not a pro or a great photographer in general, I still hope that you can find something informative and useful from this video.

Enjoy!
