Oldie Minolta APO vs Tamron or Sigma for A850
Has anyone experienced of handling and comparing oldies Minolta 100-300mm APO or 100-400mm APO lenses to modern Tamron 70-300mm USD or Sigma 120-400mm APO on FF body?
My Tamron 70-300mm USD gave up in AF reliability after 5 years of use, I use it mostly in manual mode now for landscape or telephoto-isolation shots.
Not sure if I need to get anothether Tamron 70-300 USD, or oldie Minolta 100-400mm APO or Sigma (will give me extra reach)
My budget doesn't allow new Sony FF lenses.
Person is taking photos, not camera. When photograph is bad, it's because photographer doesn't know how to choose settings optimal to "own preferences". Then blames camera for bad IQ.
This is same as blaming car about arriving to wrong destination.
