Suggested Camera settings for shooting Products for e-commerce?

Can anyone provide a bit of guidance for shooting products (clothes and jewelry) for e-commerce purposes? I'm trying to help my wife get some product shots and struggling to reduce the amount of post-production fidgeting.

The guidance I've given her so far is low ISO, 9 - 11 aperture, auto wb, spot photometry, and the provia film setting. We've bought four 5400K bulbs and some umbrellas, and a white backdrop and a muslin grey drop.

Are we on the right track here or what else can be done, at least in camera to optimize what we're doing.

I'm suspecting that having auto WB is screwing up the consistency...

Have an x-t2 or x-e3 body available, and various lenses. For product shots she's used a the 16MM or just the 18-55M to not have to move the tripod constantly. For outdoor portraits I've used the 50-140mm.

Any insight would be helpful. (I'm an enthusiast that is more comfortable with landscape and street photography than reproducing the consistency desirable for product shots.)
