In terms of Sony, the A7Rii and the 16-35 2.8 GM sounds like a killer setup as well, but much more pricey.

If you are thinking of going full frame then ronniemac has an some excellent points in a post below.

If the cost is a little too much or FF is not for you anyway, then you would still have a very good set-up by adding a recent Pentax APS-C body (new or used) to what you have now. In fact what you have now is a fuller set-up than anything I’ve ever owned. The key is to get out there and enjoy it. A new wide-angle APS-C zoom is expected from Pentax later this year. Likely it will be a very good one, and weather-sealed. Choices, choices.
