I like shooting landscapes and my favorite focal length is 24mm for that purpose. I'm not sure if the 24-70 is good at 24mm, hence why I consider the 28-105 and leave the 15-30 to cover the wide angle including the 24mm focal length.
In terms of Sony, the A7Rii and the 16-35 2.8 GM sounds like a killer setup as well, but much more pricey.
Like you, I like shooting landscapes, and for that I often use the 20-28 focal length. But I also like to have a good standard zoom lens for other occasions.
I have never tried out any Sony cameras or lenses because I can only afford to run one system, so I stick with K-mount for interchangeable lens photography. Other people who have experience of both systems can give you advice with respect to Sony which I am not able to.
On the topic of lenses, when I decided to go for full frame (K-1) for it's many advantages over APS-C (K-3ii K-5, & K-70 - which I retain for their other advantages), I carefully researched the available lenses and consulted people who had both the 24-70 and the 28-105. In particular I looked at reviews of both these lenses in ephotozine's web site.
The outcome is that I opted for the 15-30, which is an excellent lens (although quite heavy) and the 28-105 which has better optical performance than the 24-70 (and is relatively lightweight). I suspect that this is what you should be looking at if you are serious about the K-1 or K-1ii. These two lenses are, for my purposes, an fantastic combination for the K-1 and landscape photography.
Later, if you want extra reach for selective landscape photography there is the fabulous 70-200.
For the occasions when you might want faster apertures, the FA Limiteds (31/1.8, 43/1.9 and 77/1.8) are, I think, a far better alternative than the 24-70. These can be found second hand (used) for less than the retail price. They are a joy to use!
Better stop there, it's too easy to spend other peoples money.
Hope you enjoy your photography with whatever you choose as much as I do with what I have settled for.
(PS it's safe to ignore ill-informed opinions from the complainer who has no experience of the K-1 and the lenses you are asking about. Such comments are usually wide of the mark!)
