Re: Sony A700. Is it a camera with Minolta DNA?

Later Sony cameras have diluted the Minolta dna and not always in a good way.

Even though I have an A77 for low light and use an RX10m4 for most of my photography, I will NEVER sell my A700 and might well be buried with it if it doesn't die first!

I tried hard to get used to the so famus OLED A77 EVF and failed. It seems fake to me at low light and fake also at strong light. I prefer over it even the tunnel like pentamirror OVF of my A550 / A580. When I put my eye to the bright pentaprism of the A700 what a pleasurable relief! Too bad there are no forums for exclusively OVF A-mount cameras. I had a hope that this forum would be a substitude but it seems there is against the rules.
