FUJI X100F FULL SPECTRUM CONVERSION
4

Hi,

There isn’t a lot of information on the X100 series cameras in regards to infrared and hotspots (especially using stronger IR filters).

I got my X100F converted to Full Spectrum, something I’d been meaning to do to a X100 camera since I had my X100S. At that time I decided to pass and go with converted my X-T10 instead (newer body at the time and guaranteed to work with certain lenses for IR without hotspots).

Recently with the acquisition of a X100F, I decided to take the plunge and convert it to Full Spectrum. And I’m finally happy I did. No hotspots! Even using a Hoya RM 90 filter (around 930nm).

I finally got around to testing with the various filters I have and posted the results (along with pics) in my blog here:
