Is there any light weight better alternate of Photoshop CC

Photoshop and Lightroom installer size is 1+ GB and after installation take 6 GB

So I am looking Lightweight alternative which gives equal or better editing result.

my common task are :

WB, Exposure, Hue and Saturation, Color Level change, Sharpness, Noise Reduction, Lens Correction, HDR, Panorama, Super Resolution, cropping and changing particular area color.

I am not sure if Google Nik Collection allows us to perform all above task as a standalone installer (without using as Photoshop plug-in).

There are many names for Free and Paid but my first priority will go to Free one if not possible then paid one

I am looking for windows platform.

Affinity vs Luminar vs Krita vs Topaz studio
