Get the Laowa 7.5mm ultra wide angle lens.

And get a cheap extension tube for the close focus work you might want to do.

OK I see now I understand what you meant.
Clever clever ok ok cool.

I don't know how expert you are (you seem quite!), but you're sure that will work ? The 15mm macro gives real 1:1 macro in a 15mm field of view as low as f4, and has a shift mechanism... You think one can reach the same result with the 7.5mm wide angle and a tube ?

The 7.5mm lens is designed for m43 cameras.  All else being equal, it's better to use a lens designed for a camera than one that is not.  Particularly if you have to use additional lenses to make it work the way you need.

Do you really need the shift mechanism too?  For an advanced photographer that can sometimes be useful, but it is very specialised.  Unless you're sure you need it, you are looking at getting kit that is much more sophisticated than you may actually need.

If you really need it, you could look at tilt / shift bellows.  Or get the Laowa 15mm and a full-frame body to make it work the way it's intended.
