New: SD Q Color Match to Established Style (high res target)
4

Curiously, this post comes right after Ted's report. A high resolution system needs to look at a high resolution/frequency scene. The curious thing about line pairs is that we don't normally encounter such things in nature. There is actually a type of vision called "granular vision" and I always wondered why the eye doctor never tests for it. (See High Resolution Photography by Williams) I think the images below fall into this category.

The riddle here is that the camera position did NOT change and yet the SD14 1760x2640 image size is larger than the SD Q 1808x2704 shot at Low Res.  What's going on there? These were shot by window light 70/2.8 at f7.1 - and remind me why I have been so reluctant to move on from the wonders of the SD14.

SD14 1760x2640

SD Q low res 1808x2704

SD Q high res 3616x5424
