GX9/Pen or keep GX7 and add P&S?

As my GX7 gets a little long in the tooth, I've been thinking about upgrading. I love my GX7 but I'd like my next camera to have a little more reliable AF and stabilized video. Retaining the small form factor is also a priority so I was leaning toward the Pen F or GX9.

I have been wondering if instead of "upgrading" I should keep the GX7 (especially for use in low light and for portraits with the 45) and add a good quality P&S like an LX10 or RX100 IV or V. I'm also intrigued by the Ricoh GR and X100 series but get the sense the video quality would disappoint. If anyone here has messed around with any of these, could you provide some comparisons to M43s in terms of photo/video quality (especially for indoor shooting in lower light), handling, adjusting exposure settings, etc.

In terms of how I shoot, my two most used lenses are the Oly 17 1.8 and the 45 1.8, usually of my small children, landscapes, environmental mix. I also do a lot of backcountry skiing and don't usually bring my GX7. I have gotten OK results with an old Panasonic "tough" camera and appreciate the pocketability but haven't really loved the image/video quality (I do have a GoPro as well.) Finally I am generally a RAW shooter and sort/post-process in LR.

Thanks in advance.
