The mount: You might have a loose mount. Front heavy on using heavy lens or been hit hard before?

The sensor: Unlike the newer models which use floating IBIS sensor, I suppose the sensor of G7 should be seated firmly. If it becomes loose, your camera might be in serious trouble and I will start to look for a replacement.

If you looked at the link I provided, you would immediately see that the mount and sensor are assembled together as one unit (the mount box unit), this appears to be pre-calibrated and is installed as a sub-assembly.

That is why the sensor and the metal mount move together in the video. Neither the sensor or the mount are loose; the entire sub assembly is moving as one unit.

Given the OP's comment about this slowly getting worse over time, I'd go for loose screws rather than some impact damage but who knows? Could be both, but the sensor box is pretty solid and has a metal back. There are 3 screws, and from the video it looks as if the top 2 screws are loose or missing. These screws are only 3 mm long, it isn't clear from the video if the unit pushes up hard against the screw heads or something else behind the box unit.
