35 1.4 all the way.

I started in the Fuji X with an X-E1 w/ pancake lens. I loved that lens and camera but when I screwed on the 1.4 - wow, there really is something special about it. Especially if you shoot portraits.

If you just shoot street or vacation photography then the 2.0 is a fine lens and its advantages over the 1.4 might be a big deal to you.

But if you like slower, contemplative photography and want great subject/background separation - the 1.4 is the way to go. I sold all of my other fuji stuff when I got the x100t and still regret it, especially with portraits.
