Topaz Studio now has Digital Frames
4

Updating Topaz Studio to the latest version yesterday now has a new Digital Frame feature with 3 adjustable settings included. I choose the 30 day free trial of the Pro Pack Update with myriad settings to play with. I usually create my mats and frames in Photoshop CC using various saved actions as well as custom creations based on the image. But in playing with the Pro Pack Digital Frame for a couple hours, I found it easy to use with enough customizations to forget about using PSCC for frames in the future. So I purchased the Digital Frame Pro Pack at the discounted price for current Pro Pack users.

Here's an example of a stone frame with textured mat color coordinated to the image that took all of 2-3 minutes to create:

This is a Pro Pack customization of one of the default frames that now automatically comes with updating Topaz Studio to the latest version. Another nice feature is that you can continue to work on tweaking the image even after it has been framed without those tweaks affecting the frame. This new adjustment appears to be very well thought out.
